Members of the Dance4 team Producer for Public Programmes- Rebecca Streets and  CAT Assistant/ Dance Artist- Emily Thurston recently led a seminar at Vision West Nottinghamshire College. The talk was aimed at performing arts students who may be  considering dance as a future career path.

Rebecca spoke to students about her background and training as a dancer and how she came to work for Dance4, while Emily described the process of setting up as a freelancer. Students were able to ask about the pros and cons of going into the dance sector as a freelance artist, to add to their knowledge-base when thinking about careers. An article was written about thier visit on East Midlands Buisness News which can be viewed here.
