A weekend of activities to enhance visitors’ experience of the 19th century picture gallery at Nottingham Castle, using movement to provide a new context for viewing and engaging with the art collection.
There will be guided performances led by Kandi Ikon; Swarm Sculptures, a durational movement installation of bodies constructing sculptural forms; and Human Furniture, a performative experience for one visitor at a time.
Swarm Sculptures, Human Furniture and guided performances will be taking place intermittently throughout the weekend at specific times.
FREE, but normal castle entry fees apply
