We are offering Midlands based freelance artists, creatives, and producers that are working in dance, at any stage of their career, time to meet, connect and share ideas over a brew with members of the team.
You can receive practical advice on a project you are developing, ask for suggestions around partners or collaborators, or simply have a chat to talk things through. Nothing is too big or small, just tell us what you need.
FABRIC has a fabulous team of people who care about artists, their art, and development of the artform. We have skills in areas including producing, community engagement, finance, marketing, research, and international marketplaces. We also have access to professional networks locally and globally. We want to share this knowledge and offer support and advice to artists that are based in and make work in the Midlands.
Follow-up sessions can be arranged directly with the person you meet if required, but please understand that the session is to offer advice and guidance rather than directly produce any work.
In order to request a session, we ask that you complete a simple form so that we can book in your session and come prepared. We ask that they are requested with a month’s notice, where possible.
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Jim Hendley, Producer by email – [email protected]
