Young Creatives Applications Now Open

Young Creatives is a national programme managed by One Dance UK in partnership with the Royal Opera House and Rambert. It aims to help young people develop their choreographic skills with the help of a professional mentor and to give them a high profile platform to present their own work. The project welcomes applications from people aged 15 – 19 (or up to 25 for people with disabilities) working in any dance style and interested in creating new dance work.

U.Dance New Dimension Applications are Open

Back by popular demand. U.Dance 2020 will offer youth dance companies the opportunity to make works of up to 15 minutes long and apply directly by video to One Dance UK via the New Dimensions strand. Selected pieces will have the chance to take part in the U.Dance National Festival at Tramway, Glasgow between 17 – 19 July 2020!

Apply for U.Dance on Screen

Highlighting the great work of youth dance through the power of film, U.Dance on Screen runs alongside our annual programme of U.Dance events. One Dance UK (ODUK) are accepting submissions of dance films either by young filmmakers, young choreographers or containing young dancers. Selected pieces will be shown at public screenings at CGA Glasgow and BFI Southbank, and showcased on One Dance UK digital channels.
