Come along and enjoy FREE dance activities at the Dance4 Family Fun Day on Saturday 20 July 2019, 10AM – 4PM.

Part of the Sneinton Festival, the event will offer a broad range of dance sessions for all ages at Dance4’s iC4C building. The event timetable is designed so families with different aged children can come along together to take part in all the dance fun available.

Siblings and adults of any age are welcome to join in any session or sit and watch in the studios. Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Street Dance sessions will be led by Nottingham based dancers Gareth Woodward and Jamal Sterrett. Children, young people and adults can have fun and learn some new urban moves.

Jump Start sessions will be available for those aged between 7 – 11 years old.  This creative dance session will be led by dancer Emily Thurston. A great opportunity for those involved to have fun, build confidence and share their dance ideas in a welcoming atmosphere.

For very young children between the ages of 0 – 5 years Little Movers sessions are available led by Oksana Tyminska who will lead you through ways of moving with props and sound so you can playfully explore with your child/children.

Biscuits, fruit and hot and cold drinks will be provided throughout the day and those attending are welcome to bring their own packed lunch to enjoy in between sessions.
