Dance4 is excited to bring you Yoga and Stretch with Emily Pottage.
Whatever your experience level of yoga, come and join this mindful class to help you find space, freedom, and a sense of joyful movement.
In this class you will explore breath, movement and relaxation to ease the body and release areas of tension and tightness. The session will begin the practice by easing gently into the body finding seated posture which will then progress to standing postures and come back to the floor to close the practice with some longer stretches. The session links together through breath and a calming soundtrack for a sense of serenity. A perfect way to tune in and give both your body and mind some space away from our busy lives.
This class costs £3 to attend or FREE if you have a child booked onto the Discover Dance Summer School.
Suitable for 18+
Mats provided, but feel free to bring your own.
