Join us for a sneak peek into elements of The Machine of Horizontal Dreams (2024).
This new performance installation that looks at decoding narratives of progress by Pepa Ubera.
During Pepa’s Spring residency at iC4C, she has been working on creating performance moments and expanding this research that will be shared at this Sneak Peek into this new full-length work in development.
The Machine of Horizontal Dreams is choreographic research that aims to examine the western idea of progress from an intersectional environmentalism and Ecofeminism perspective. The project reimagines what progress could be/mean in the body, in society and in the environment.
