N.Dance is an annual celebration of the amazing dance and choreographic talent of children and young people from across Northamptonshire as part of the U.Dance Regional 2023 events across the Midlands brought to you by One Dance UK.

N.Dance is also part of a live selection process, where participating groups and soloists have the opportunity to be chosen as part of a regional shortlist and perform at the U.Dance National Festival 2023.
