Feet Off The Ground is a dance collective looking for women to collaborate in a creative process to enrich their work The Way They Were Then. Inspired by author Eduardo Galeano’s stories about women, the piece explores female empowerment, oppression, rebellion and unity.
The company is looking for women that are interested in being part of a collaborative and creative project; are open to exploring simple movement in a non-judgemental environment and would like to feature in a film showing their involvement in the workshops.
This is the second in a series of three workshops before the sharing event which takes place on Friday 14 December. Participants are free to attend all or any of the workshops, however are encouraged to attend all three workshops if possible. The next workshop is Tuesday 11 December.
Tea and snacks provided in the workshop.
