Join Dance4 & Farnham Maltings for an in-depth exploration of key business planning skills that can support you to create or strengthen your international strategy.
This webinar will introduce key concepts and practical examples leading you to define your vision, values, purpose and ambitions. Delivered by Mairead O’Rourke (Creative United).
Articulating why and how your work is unique can often be a difficult task. For some, a lack of clarity can also lead to feeling stuck or pulled different directions.
In this webinar you will learn about the impact that clear vision, mission, and values can have on defining your unique selling point and why this is as important for sole traders as it is for multi-national companies. You will also look at case studies of clearly identified missions and see how your own could strengthen your overall business strategy, supporting both your work in the UK and your international ambitions.
Suitable for UK based artists and companies working in theatre and dance with around 3 years of professional experience and a desire to work internationally.
Delivered over 4 weeks, this self-led course is made up of a series of practical webinars created in collaboration with Creative United alongside a written guide. Attending individual webinars is welcome but attending all 4 is encouraged.
For those who would like further support after the course, there is a limited number of opportunities to apply for mentoring sessions with Creative United business advisors. Applications for mentoring will open on Tuesday 10 November. Attending all 4 webinars is required for eligibility.
