Sarah is a freelance dance and theatre artist based in South Derbyshire. She has extensive experience working as a multi-skilled performer and maker across dance, theatre and puppetry. She particularly enjoys working outdoors and in unusual spaces and places.

As a performer she has toured nationally and internationally with companies including;  Spiltmilk Dance, Glasshouse Dance, Beautiful Creatures, Birmingham Opera Company, The Gramophones, Tell Tale Hearts, Coreo Cymru and Made by Katie Green.

Sarah is currently touring Autin Dance Theatre’s stunning outdoor work, Out of the Deep Blue as dancer/puppeteer. She is rehearsal director for the wonderful Spiltmilk Dance, as well as choreographic mentor for their ambitious community dance project, It’s Your Move. For several years she has lectured at University of Derby, specialising in Physical Theatre and is a regular dance artist for DanceXchange’s Brum Proclass. Since 2018, Sarah has been steering group member for East Midlands Dance Artist Network (EMDAN).

During the last challenging year and a half, Sarah has been offering free weekly online contemporary dance classes, as well as audio storytelling for children.
