Somewhere between Bolton, Barbados, Scotland and India three men, Hetain, Mark and Dave, make a journey of discovery. Taking music and the Indian ten-beat rhythm cycle as a starting point, this performance delves with endearing honesty and humour into the usually dry questions of cultural identity.

Dance4 is producing the autumn UK tour of Hetain Patel’s newest work, TEN. Committed to developing 21st century dance, Dance4 has supported Hetain in gaining funding to develop an earlier version of TEN (which premiered at nottdance09) and tour the work nationally. Hetain’s show is part of Dance4’s programme exploring choreographic practice and what dance can be and engaging the broadest possible audience for this work.

Oogly Boogly – Available for touring throughout 2010 and 2011
Oogly Boogly is an event, a performance, and a game for toddlers aged 12-18 months. It invites the very young and their parents/carers into a neutral space, free from toys or distractions, where performers follow and amplify the children’s spontaneous activity while the adults observe.
