Welcome to SHIFT

SHIFT is a programme of CPD aimed at artists and practitioners.

The programme was developed over an 18mth period of research and evaluation which allowed us to establish what opportunities you were looking for so that we could put together a programme tailored to those needs. The basis for the programme is around workshops, training, classes and performance platforms – in addition   discussion forums, improvisation groups, support and mentoring also plays a role in the programme.

We want to support you to develop as artists and practitioners and over the course of the programme we hope to present opportunities for you to engage, reflect and explore your work and careers. This includes regular discussions and evaluations that we hope will continue to support the development of an inspiring CPD programme.
