Explore socialisation, tolerance, autonomy and exposure by taking part in Strangers and Others.

You enter the space wearing headphones and are given instructions through a series of choreographed meetings. Deaf audience members on the 5PM show will have access to a BSL interpreter.

Invited to look, touch, assume and judge, you choose how to respond, placing yourself into lines, groups and pairs. You will be asked to use appearance, physicality and behaviour as a guide to negotiate each

other as you collaborate in silence. Immersed in light and sound, the space of the theatre frames the questions: who takes responsibility and do actions have consequences?

Join us also for a BSL interpreted pre-show talk from 4.30PM.
