Day of Dance!

Ellesmere College young leaders have been working hard at Embrace Arts in Leicester to devise a day of dance which is being held on the 17th May. The group have been working alongside Marianne Pape at Embrace Arts and Kirsten Jeavons from Dance4 to research, develop, deliver and evaluate their own project, looking at how they can engage other young people in dance of all abilities.

The group are also currently working towards their bronze Arts Award, where they have so far made collages about their arts heros and heroines, met with arts professionals and are going to see Luan at the Bonington Gallery, Nottingham University.
